Blockfreight Pty. Ltd. announces new interim CEO

BLOCKFREIGHT PTY. LTD. has announced a leadership reorganisation under which Andrew Ede has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer.

Effective immediately, Andrew has replaced Julian Smith, who has been removed by the Board from his role as Chief Executive Officer for a serious breach of his Fiduciary Duties.

The Blockfreight Board announced that Julian Smith has operated, and continues to operate, the Blockfreight.com website and associated social media channels without the Board's consent.

Blockfreight Pty.Ltd. does not endorse [BFT:XCP] tokens and recommends investors not to purchase them.

Any questions or queries related to [BFT:XCP] tokens should be directed to Julian Smith at: julian.smith@blockfreight.com or +61435022520.

In the meantime, Blockfrieght has commenced a search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation forward in this exciting time.

The Board says Andrew has a very strong operational and financial background and will serve as an excellent interim CEO and guiding voice for Blockfreight.

In addition, an in-depth strategic review will be undertaken that will position the Company for future growth.

“We are confident we will have a talented team in place and see enormous opportunities on which Blockfreight can capitalise," Andrew said.

"We are focused on leveraging the Company’s market leadership in distributed ledger platform techonolgy and continuing its industry-leading innovation."
